THE JOURNEY
From hands-on experience
to a vision of her own.
Before founding Learning Wings, Ms Rekha Aggarwal contributed to establishing and growing another education brand as a professional. Her responsibilities spanned academics, curriculum, training and operations, giving her first-hand experience of how preschool systems work at both classroom and network level.
She brought that experience into Learning Wings, combining educational thinking with practical support for preschool owners. Her work continues to connect curriculum development, mentor training, centre coordination and learning-resource creation.

Learning Wings’ educational vision draws from Indian philosophy, values, culture and heritage. Its curriculum is developed in-house with the academic team, with the ambition of taking an Indian-origin early-years learning model to a wider world.
