Ms Rekha Aggarwal brings over two decades of experience across preschool academics, curriculum, mentor training and operations.
With the academic team, she has conceptualised and developed Learning Wings’ own curriculum, books and learning resources — rooted in Indian values and designed for curious young minds.
Toy pedagogy turns everyday objects and play materials into learning opportunities. Children explore pre-reading, pre-writing, pre-maths, science and social skills in a natural, activity-based way.

OUR ORGANIC CURRICULUM

Conceptualised and developed by Founder Director Rekha Aggarwal with the Learning Wings academic team, our own curriculum connects books, activities, mentor guidance and Indian values.
Language and phonics, early numeracy, surroundings, creativity, movement and social-emotional learning are explored through age-appropriate experiences. Stories, puzzles, conversation, music and play make concepts part of a child’s day.
Daily routines, weekly curriculum, lesson plans, activity sheets and celebration guidance connect the academic plan to classroom practice.
