Franchise enquiries

We collect the name, contact number, preferred city and state you provide. Email and your message are optional. Enquiry details are stored for Head Office to respond and track follow-up. Our website form also uses FormSubmit for email delivery and its security check. Saving an enquiry does not itself confirm email delivery.

School accounts and centre forms

The School App uses email sign-in. Head Office enables centre access, and parent access is linked to the child and centre permissions. Student, fee and learning records are for authorised account users. Enquiry and admission applications submitted on a centre’s page are shared with that centre and Head Office for review; submitting a form does not confirm admission.

Ask Bunny

Bunny uses an AI service to answer questions. Public website and centre-page chats use information about Learning Wings or the displayed centre. The School App limits answers to information allowed for the signed-in account. Relevant question content and permitted context may be processed by OpenAI. Please avoid entering passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. AI answers can be inaccurate; confirm admissions, offer terms and important records with your centre or Head Office.

Social media and messaging

Loading Instagram or YouTube previews connects to those services, which apply their own privacy settings. Our EasySocial chat widget and WhatsApp links connect to external messaging services. When a centre sends an enabled fee reminder or receipt, the recipient number and relevant message details are processed by the WhatsApp messaging provider. Receipt links should be kept private; the generated WhatsApp receipt link expires after seven days.

Storage and your choices

The website uses hosted storage for records and files. Session storage on your browser remembers dismissed welcome messages and offers. To ask about correction or removal of information, contact Head Office at info@learning-wings.com. Include only the details needed to identify your enquiry or account. Some school and financial records may need to be retained for administration; Head Office will review the request.
