PRESCHOOL INVESTMENT GUIDE
A smaller setup package can help you begin, but a sustainable preschool needs a complete budget. Use this guide to compare quotations and prepare for your first months of operations.

COMPARE THE COMPLETE INVESTMENT
Ask each provider for a written quotation for your proposed location. Separate the package payment from premises preparation and monthly expenses. A payment instalment is a cash-flow arrangement; it does not reduce the total amount you have agreed to pay.
MAKE QUOTATIONS COMPARABLE
Keep a copy of the dated quotation and agreed inclusions. Packages can change; your decision should use the written offer applicable to your booking.
PLAN FOR YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
List expected expenses before setting fees. Compare the services and timings of nearby preschools, and talk with local families about their needs. Plan how you will cover the opening months while admissions develop. Do not assume every available seat will be filled immediately.
Review your available space, staffing needs and realistic operating budget with Head Office. Your centre's enrolment depends on local demand, the parent experience and your daily work.
Use the preschool opening checklist ↗LEARNING WINGS SUPPORT
Explore original early-years curriculum and books, mentor training, in-house interest-free EMI options, and support for your centre website and School App. Confirm the current scope, activation and any ongoing charges with Head Office.
Buyback assurance is subject to eligibility and your signed agreement. Ask for the written terms and review them alongside the full investment.
